Workflow

For management of incident notifications, corrective actions and responses, the Workflow Module helps managers to pre-define responses to serious incidents which, when triggered, will notify relevant staff of the need for action. You design your own workflows in accordance with your organisations policies and procedures.

• Automatically inform selected staff of incidents and or sentinel events
• Monitor the process status of incidents, escalate urgency and advise appropriate staff when information or action is due or late
• Track the progress of interventions
• Use automated triggers to ensure timely and appropriate responses to incidents of particular types or severity
