The AIMS incident management system is used by 54% of the Australian public health system. Health care services using AIMS include acute care, community care, mental health, disability, primary care, day surgery and aged care.

AIMS is installed in sites that range from as few as 10 beds to 650 beds all reporting into a single AIMS database. Other AIMS installations span multiple sites and wide geographical areas; the largest single installation involves 108,000 users across 880 sites.

International Sites
International AIMS sites include the Accidents Compensation Corporation of New Zealand and the three hospitals of the University of Miami and the Center for Patient Safety in Florida, USA plus 24 hospitals in Southern Africa.
